Mr. Yim Sary is a Director of Legal Clinic of Lawyer Training Center and the member of Bar Council of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He is also a lecturer in charge of real case and real practice of LTC. He is a lecturer teaching Criminal Law at Build Bright University and teaching Civil Law at Cambodia University of Specialties. He got a Bachelor of law and certificate of Aptitude in the Legal Profession. From 2000-2003, He was a chief of the Children Project of BAKC, funded by UNICEF. From 1998-2000, He was a lawyer for the poor people and Legal Aid Department of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

 

Mr. Mom Luch who is a former judge, is a very experienced lawyer. Former work experiences include acting as a defender for Khmer Defenders Organization and as a staff attorney at Legal Aid of Cambodia. Mr. Luch also has operated his own private practice in a private law firm. Moreover, he is also an experienced educator, sharing legal knowledge with people, providing legal consultation free of charge. Mr. Mom Luch is very excited with the program and highly encourages all students to ask questions or share their worries with him. Mr. Luch is senior staff attorney at the Legal Consultation Office.

Mr. Heng Poung worked as a defender at the Cambodian Human Rights and Development Association, from 1997 to 1998. He also has experience as a lawyer for the Cambodian Defenders Project, who is responsible for defending cases at Municipal-provincial Court, Military court, Appeal and Supreme Courts. After working for these organizations, Mr. Heng Poung began his private law office in Kampong Speu province, taking the entire managerial responsibility of the firm. The firm provided legal services regarding drafting contracts, providing consultation or advice, defending or representing on various cases such as administrative, civil, commercial, labor, civil, criminal disputes. In 2002, he was in charge of the Legal Service and Disputes Department of Election Provincial Committee. In the following year, he was an officer responsible for receiving complaints, investigating and settling disputes; he was an also legal trainer, teaching election dispute settlement procedures to the subordinate staff. Presently, he is working at Legal Clinic of Center for Lawyers Training and Legal Professional Improvement as a senior staff attorney.
