| Kenneth Anderson
is the American Bar Association technical consultant
for the Legal Consultation Office. He studied
International Relations at the Johns Hopkins University,
and then graduated from Georgetown University
Law Center in 1998. An experienced clinician
and teacher, he was a Clinical Teaching Fellow
and Visiting Professor at Law at Georgetown for
four years. While a professor, he directed
the Family Advocacy Clinic and taught a service
learning seminar. Prior to working in Cambodia,
Kenneth was a partner in Valorem Consulting in
Washington, DC which specialized in non-profit,
association, and small business consulting. |

| Ms. Bunthan
Wathana is working at the Legal Consultation
as the Office Manager; she is also pursuing her
study at Institute of Foreign Languages at the
same time. In August 2003, she graduated from
the National Institute of Management, currently
known as National University of Management. Her
duty is to oversee all administrative and office
services for the Clinic, including administrative
support, mail and telephones, equipment maintenance,
facilities, and other related functions.
The Office Manager directly participates in all
aspects of the client filing system, and implements
and enforces office policies and procedures. |

| Ms. Sin Sokanha
has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Institute of Foreign Languages of Royal University of Phnom Penh. Currently, she is pursuing a second B.A. degree in Law from the English Language Bachelor of Law Program at the Royal University of Law and Economics. She will complete her legal studies in August 2007. Ms. Sin Sokanha worked as a Project Assistant and Project Officer at East-West Management Institute in the HRCP and PRAJ Programs from March 2004 to June 2006. Sokanha is now serving as the Placement Advisor for the PRAJ Law Fellows Program. She is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the fellows program and works directly with partnering NGOs, supervising attorneys, and law fellows.
